Resources & Economy

Plan around electricity, materials, crafting and repeatable raid needs.

Fast answer

Treat power and crafting materials as separate constraints. Gameplay shows upgrade panels blocked by electricity and workshop recipes blocked by resources. Before each raid, identify which requirement prevents useful progression and target that need first.

Start with the actual bottleneck

One player examines a barracks upgrade but lacks electricity. Another finds a crafting option disabled for lack of resources. These are two different problems: gathering more loot will not necessarily solve a generator-capacity limit.

  1. Read the precise requirement in the blocked UI.
  2. If power is the blocker, inspect the generator and facility consumption.
  3. If materials are missing, identify the current raid or available loot source.
  4. If staffing is missing, use the fighter and recruitment guide.

Avoid building your way into a dead end

The base has several interdependent rooms. Spending materials on an optional upgrade can delay the one you actually need to recover fighters or produce ammunition. The exact resource prices are not reproduced here because release-build values still require verification.

  1. Fund recovery and a viable combat loadout first.
  2. Keep enough capacity for rooms used in your next run.
  3. Expand optional rooms after securing your next supply route.

Create a short shopping list

Use a one-run procurement list instead of farming everything. List two or three explicit needs, enter the raid, then reassess as soon as new loot or staffing opportunities change your options.

  1. Immediate: equipment, ammo or clinic need.
  2. Next: generator or workshop constraint.
  3. Later: upgrades without a demonstrated short-term purpose.
